In order to meet customers’ demands for efficiency, functionality and compactness, the mobile batching plant is delivered as a fully pre-connected complete set, which significantly reduce the installation and commissioning time of the batching plant.
The control room is connected with the main structure, the control panel and other equipment have been tested before leaving the factory, so there is no need to disassemble and connect the cables when the equipment is transferred.
The air circuit system is closely connected with the main structure, so it does not need to be dismantled during transition.

For the cement in BIGBAG, we will provide the hopper with screw conveyor. There is a knife in the hopper, the BIGBAG will be cut and the cement will be discharged into the hopper.
If the client wants to use a cement silo stock the cement in BIGBAG, we can provide you with a pneumatic tank with air compressor to blow the cement into the cement silo.

If the client wants to use the bulk cement which is supplied by the cement factory directly, there is a feeding pipe on the cement silo. It can be connected with the bulk cement carrier and then the cement will be blown into the cement silo.
