Concrete Placing Boom

Concrete placing boom is a new product developed for enlarging the range of concrete pouring and improving the mechanization level of pumping construction. Being corollary equipment of concrete pump, it increases the range of concrete pumping by connecting with concrete pump; also, in effectively solving the hard problem of material distribution in wall pouring, it plays an important role in increasing construction efficiency and reducing labor intensity.

HG series manual concrete placing boom of 12m, 15m and 18m, is a new product of our company produced for enlarging the range of concrete pouring and increasing the mechanization level of pumping operation. It connects to concrete delivery pump as corollary equipment, which enlarges the pumping range of concrete, effectively solves the hard problem of material distributing in wall pouring, and plays an important role in improving operating efficiency and reducing labor intensity.

Stationary concrete placing boom: distributing equipment for concrete pouring specially designed and produced for engineering construction of railway beam field, nuclear power and so on; mobile concrete placing boom, of three sections of folding arm in the “Z” shape, can be rotated all around, pitched and folded, its amplitude can be changed, realizing three-dimensional and full range of pouring within the length of cantilever crane, leaving no dead space, also, it can easily realize concrete pouring in all sorts of construction operation, including wall, tube, column and pile.

Concrete placing boom is end equipment for pumping concrete, which is used for pouring concrete pumped by pipe into the template of construction components.Climbing-type concrete placing boom is used for concrete construction in high-rise buildings. Distributing machine, equipped with automatic climbing mechanism, is fixed within the elevator shaft.
